MORPH provides B2B growth services including but not limited to: MORPH Scaling (a done-with-you accelerator for agency owners), MORPH AI (AI-powered tools and advisory), and MORPH Growth Partner (done-for-you client acquisition services). The specific scope, deliverables, and terms of any engagement are defined in separate service agreements between MORPH and the client.

3. Booking and Scheduling

We use third-party scheduling software (currently Cal.com) to facilitate appointment bookings. When you book a consultation or call through our website, you agree to provide accurate contact information including your name, email address, and phone number. You understand that booking a call does not constitute a contractual engagement for our services.

4. SMS/Text Message Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages from MORPH (for example, by submitting your phone number through a booking form on our website), you consent to receive text messages from us. These messages may include:

• Appointment confirmations and booking details

• Appointment reminders prior to your scheduled call

• Rescheduling or cancellation notifications

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your appointment schedule and interactions with us. You will typically receive between 1 and 5 messages per booking.

Costs: Message and data rates may apply. MORPH does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging fees.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a single confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from MORPH unless you opt back in.

Opt-In: To resume receiving SMS messages after opting out, reply START to our number or provide your phone number again through our booking form.

Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier.
